I was just on the phone ordering a rug…

I was just on the phone ordering a rug with someone named Ivan stated that the rug was 122 total order out the door with everything. After he took my credit card information stated it was 183 something dollars that he charged on my card. This is uncalled for 1.) I repeated my credit card information 7 times not 1 or 2 or 3 but 7 times and then didn't understand why I called to begin with I repeated and was patient.2) The loud noise was uncalled for 3) After taking my credit card information was hesitant on giving me the reference number or confirmation number 4) gave me 2 confirmation codes not 1 when I only made 1 purchase 5) stated my delivery date was 12/12/19 when it stated 6 days out which should be 12/7/19. 6) Hire people that can understand English because this is very uncalled for! 7) This not only wasted my time but my money as well because I got charged 50$ more than the sale price! 8) I like macys but after this experience I don't think I would recommend people do buy online anymore very rude and upset after that phone call
