I’ve been a Macy’s customer for years…

I’ve been a Macy’s customer for years however I’ve had several bad experiences recently. One order had sent me the wrong item with no option to return!!! Another order was completely cancelled weeks later. One order had only half a tracksuit sent to me. And finally I Never received my items on a different order! My mistake for constantly shopping online with them! Worst of all there is no customer service available to find out what’s going on or how to get my money back. It’s been almost a month now, items never received, no tracking available and no way to reach someone for help. Feeling very frustrated!! Learned my lesson and will never shop from them again.
