ZERO stars for your customer service!! I placed an International online order and made a mistake with the shipping address. I had to call 4 times because each time they transferred me, the line would go silent/dead. The agents kicked me around different departments (2 transferred me to Bloomingdales) but none right. One agent even made a “tsk tsk tsk”comment when I told her I needed to update my address to correct my mistake. Does Macy’s provide ANY training to these foreign agents who obviously don’t have a clue what is going on??
