I actually want to rate this service LESS THAN 1 STARI bought a bed with a trundle and two mattresses from Macys by calling customer service and giving them the item number from the online search. The items arrived via UPS. I received 2 boxes for the bed and 2 boxes for the mattresses. In the past I have called customer service before and ordered furniture with no problem and my furniture was delivered via white glove service so I figured this was the same. I paid a total of $1700 because the bed was discounted $400. I can not comprehend that I pay this money and I have to assemble the bed. So I want to return everything. First day after I received the items I call and I want to return the items. I was transferred 5 times and finally the communication failed and the call was lost.The second day I figured I go to Macys Furniture Gallery. A very nice lady helped me and told me that they dont help people who buy online furniture but she was going to try to help me. I HAVE LEFT OUT ALL THE DETAILS BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG.After several transfers she was able to speak with someone who could provide her with a return slip. I told her I had 2 boxes for the bed and 2 boxes for the mattresses. She told me to print it twice and attach it to the boxes. The UPS man came and told me that I needed to have a different slip for each box and that he could not take it. I have tried to speak to someone who can help me for 4 days now and no one can help me print 4 return slips. I have spoken to CS in the Philippines who had the nerve to tell me he could not understand me, in Colombia and in the USA. NOBODY CAN HELP ME! THEY CAN NOT EVEN FIND MY PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS! NOT EVEN THE ODER NUMBER PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT I RECEIVED FROM MACYS WHEN I BOUGHT THE ITEMS!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MACYS AGAIN!!!!!
