We bought a item on Macy's Website (boy that was a mistake) right before Thanksgiving, 2 days later received an e-mail that UPS label was created and should receive the item in 5 days. Call them Dec 2nd to follow up as the UPS status indicated that the label was created but not shipped! Call 3 more time to follow up and on the 4th called asked to cancel, they said OK but never did it, called for the 5th time the Rep hung up on me after going back and forth few times, called the 6th time, they tell me that they can't cancel the order and asked for supervisor several time but nobody was available. the Order number is: 2083122320. Will never buy from Macy's again. What a horrible experience.
