I ordered a shirt on line on the 12th…

I ordered a shirt on line on the 12th of June. It was supposed to arrive on the 18th of June. I didn't receive it and called customer service and they said that they would reorder it and that it would be here on the 28th of June. Well I never received a my shirt and no one contacted me about anything. I call them on the 29th of June and they said that they are refunding me back my money. If I would have never called customer service, I would have never known what was going on with my purchase. Poor service and now I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund.I will never order anything from them again.
