Ordered shoes 9-21-2021 and was suppose to receive them by the 24th. Sent 2 emails to Customer Service. Never received a response. Checked Laser Ship tracking and my item has been sitting in Franklin, Massachusetts since 9-23-2021. Was suppose to receive on 9-24 and then it states 10-4-2021. Yet, laser ship tracking shows it hasn't moved since 9-23-2021. I spoke to Customer Service today and I asked for a full refund. So if anyone is ordering and they are using Laser Ship, don't count on receiving your package. This is the 3rd time Laser Ship was used and I never received my packages. Will not be ordering again.
