Ordered corningware bake set. Status showed its damaged and got sent back. We called after a week of no updates, and the outsourced customer service agent said no problem we will issue another order, wait for confirmation within 48 hrs. 48 hrs we call to say we never received anything and the guy said same thing, He will issue new order and wait for confirmation 48 hours. Couple days later we call and get another guy (all obviously outsourced in India) and this guy was most helpful guy said sorry the other guys never re-issued order. He said he will re-issue another set for us. On top of that we decided to order another set just in case it gets damaged again. Few days later order 1 arrives, it is completely damaged. Next day other order arrives, also damaged. Three orders, all damaged???? No fragile sticker on box and poorly packaged, of course they will break during shipping. Guess what, Now they are out of stock and this has been over a month of just playing cat and mouse. TERRIBLE experience, avoid phone customer service at all costs.
