Well I am happy that I was raised…

Well I am happy that I was raised properly ,always trying to do the right thing. A package was delivered to my address with the incorrect name, it was not my package. I called Macy’s customer service to let them now that someone is missing a package, and that they had the wrong address ,first they wanted me to return the item to the store ,and I told him absolutely not ,it’s the holiday season, and why would I go to the store to return a package that I never ordered, the nerve!! Then I was put on hold for a lengthy period of time ,and then I was told that UPS or FedX would come and pick the package up.I just got a thank you for my inconvenience ,not even “we will send you a coupon for you being a kind and honest person. Customer Service has gone to the dogs ,but we do nice things because it’s the right thing to do ,not to receive anything ,but once in a while these Retailers that we support can’t say a proper thank you!
