They dont deserve a star. I purchased an eyeglass from Eye Medical Clinic in the amount of $782.40. I asked for dispute coz I dont have the eyeglass and it's so pricey for a piece of plastic. I used Amex Macys and this is the first time I encountered a dispute dept who couldn't do their job. I already faxed the doc their asking and their asking it again. They couldn't get even half of the amount. I was robbed for this amount. They'll get their own Karma.
