I have been waiting for OVER a year for my couch. They continue to lie about my order, sent an email saying they cancelled it after I waited a year and then when I called they said the order was not cancelled. Macy's has become a total dysfunctional company who lies and lies and the consumer pays for their incompetence They could care less about their customers which is why they are closing all over the place. The company has turned to *hit!
