I had ordered an item from Macys worth…

I had ordered an item from Macys worth $50. Which was faulty and broken. When I asked them to return it, they were charging me for the international shipping and said they would then return only $2!!Either way, I now have lost my money with Macys and have a faulty product. Not only that, their customer service team is terrible and I was bounced around from one person to another. They truly do not care
