Wish I could rate 0 stars. That is what they deserve. I just received my statement and have 2 fraudulent charges showing. I have spent SO much time trying to dispute. Unbelievably, I was not able to mark both charges for one dispute. They had to be done separately, and I kept getting told 'the latest dispute did not go through'. It is impossible to get through to a Fraud Department to verify the disputes have both gone through. Macys, who bug me EVERY single day about a 15% offer, did not send a single email to confirm my correspondence. I also emailed them to say I did deny the charge when they texted for approval, but there is nowhere I can see a copy of the email I sent. I am afraid they will be able to deny anything was ever received. A Cust Service rep in India did confirm they have the dispute and said he had emailed me confirmation of the amounts disputed and I will get the email in within 15 minutes. That was an hour ago, and nothing has been received. Totally non-existent customer service.
