I had total shoulder replacement suregery and missed the due date. They sent text message I explained the situation and said we would go online or to the store. Online wouldn’t work. So we paid the whole bill off at the store. But they already went to the collection people and credit scores. Ruined my credit over a late payment on a bill of $150. Then sent another bill of 2.02 after we paid it off saying we still owed that amount!! Tore my card up.
