I have to say that my Macy’s experience has been horrendous. I have had a Macy’s card for 20 something years and when I went to order my product number one they had the wrong address and number two. It didn’t allow me to use my gift cards that I was going to to offset some of the cost. That’s just the beginning. I called three times I was put into a Q that asked me if I was over 50 and never forwarded me to Macy’s customer service. I use their live chat, which I believe was AI because no human person would react the way they did. It didn’t allow me to cancel my order even though I had placed my order about 30 minutes before. The whole time I was on hold while I was in the chat room. I was on hold for 46 minutes and the chat room proceeded to tell me that they could not help me and then if I had another issue, they would be able to. I just can’t believe that Macy’s has deteriorated in its service and quality over the years. I will be canceling my Macy’s credit card and look to order my product from Amazon.
