I had taken my neighbor (who has downsyndrome) grocery shopping and stopped by taco bell for something to have later. Driver dropped us off across the street that was a busy street making us walk to our apt. He charged me a damage fee stating we ate fried chicken in car and my friend was rude. As we exited car i gave her a buritto because i was going to run into the store next door. I was beyond friendly to this freddy guy even tho he was rude from the beginning. I offer my receipts showing i had taco bell not fried chicken yet they are chaging me a damage fee of $20 for chicken they said was in car but picture shows its in the street not in the car amd because my friend didnt speak well having downsyndrome he stated she was rude. I wish this man would loose his job for what he has done i will not be using lyft any more.
