Overall unhappy with Lyft. We were charged $80 for a supposed “major liquid spill” which was roughly 2 tablespoons of water on the floor mat in the backseat. When we raised a dispute they replied within minutes claiming they did an extensive review and would not compromise. In addition, our driver delayed our arrival by taking a detour off the highway, driving around the block then immediately getting back on the highway. Will not be using this service again.
