If I can give the company a zero star I would . I drove for Lyft for a long time then my account got hacked by one of their support team claiming they will call the police on me if I don’t provide them with my information. After my account was hacked into I deactivate my account so the people hacking stop using me for free rides. My account had $400 on it that was not deposited yet. I reached out to Lyft for about 4 months (more then 10 times) and eveytime they tell me they will get me in touch with one of their experts in this situation within 24hs but I got nothing. The last time I called the services and they said the same thing to me. I decided to give up and make a new account since it was main income job for me. After a few days they sent me a message saying my account is deactivated and I’m not authorized to drive with with them anymore and that any Lyft member will not provide me with the reason for why I can’t drive with them anymore. This is ridiculous and I’m not sure what to do from this point on.
