Booked a car to catch my early morning flight. Confirmed by Lyft that they had a driver, then had several changes and no show after 20 minutes. Called an LA Yellow cab which arrived in 3 minutes and did the job Lyft couldn’t do with 12 hours notice! Lyft is only useful when it doesn’t matter if they let you down.
