Horrible customer service via app

Horrible customer service via app and drivers with no integrity. Was charged 45% more than quoted and there wasn’t any traffic. I wasn’t able to rate the driver right away and when I did have time to do this, customer service says that the driver gets automatic 5/5 stars because I didn’t rate him right away. Ridiculous!
