False charges and pictures

Took a Lyft to the store, entered the car with only a purse. Arrived at store. Shortly after entering the store I received a text stating I was being charged for a cleaning fee of $80.00, I was overwhelmed with that. The driver sent a set up picture of items I never even had/didn't belong to me. I asked for the trash because if that was my trash my DNA would definitely be on it considering it was chewed up gum and a cup. They said we are sorry we can't provide that. Well then you can't charge me false charges. I have way more respect then leaving trash in a vehicle,on the seats at that,and surly not no gum. I can't leave stuff I didn't enter with. His name is Joseph driving a Nissan kicks, of course they believe the driver, didn't know I had to take a before and after picture to prove I didn't leave it that way. Feel uncomfortable to even order a ride, with false reporting like that. It's sad and pathetic. Why do people do stuff like that. The universe does and will pay people back that do wrong to others...
