I requested a ride, they said they were there but were not, then they called me, I said I'd walk to corner of these 2 streets, he said ok then abruptly hung up. Meanwhile I got a $6.50 charge saying I didn't show. I stupidly requested another ride. Same thing happened. Meanwhile I'm standing on the street with 2 suitcases while 25 minutes passed. I ended up rushing back into my house and driving to the airport, parking for $64 and running thru the airport to barely make my flight. Cannot reach anyone from Lyft to discuss this scam x2. I will NEVER use lyft again.
