Impossible to contact a human

I've been a long-time Lyft user...but not a frequent one. I travel a few times a year, and chose Lyft. I've had no problems with the service...until now. I haven't traveled in at least 6 months, but suddenly in December I was charged $9.99 for monthly Lyft Pink membership I have no recollection of signing up for. As little as I travel, it doesn't make sense to pay for an upgraded level of service. They charged me in both December and January before I noticed. There is NO way to contact a human at Lyft. You can put in a dispute online, but the only dispute categories are related to rides you took. If you choose "problem with payment" they give you completely useless information. I finally went into my profile and found a button somewhere that was essentially, "Refund my money for Lyft Pink and stop this." So I did that. But they only refunded me for January, not for December. And then -- no way to contact a human, or dispute the charge through Lyft. I was able to resolve it through my credit card, who reversed the charge.Do I think Lyft is a "total scam?" No. I've used them, they provide a service and seem to do it well.Do I think Lyft is getting people to somehow sign up for Lyft Pink without them really knowing it? With some hidden checkbox or tiny print attached to something? Totally. I'm pretty careful, and if an option to sign up for Lyft Pink had been obvious, I never would have done it.Do I think Lyft cares about the riders? No. There is absolutely no customer support for riders with questions or concerns. Everything is through the app, and we all know that not all problems can be reduced to a checkbox. I have found no way to contact them via email or phone, despite diligent searching.I just downloaded the Uber app, and without ever taking a ride have found a way to contact them. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. To be perfect, you have to give me either a phone number, a chat app, or an email address. They do, however, provide an email form you can fill out online. Supposedly, they will get back to you (I haven't tested that). While completely insufficient, it is light years better than Lyft.I'm switching to Uber.
