Will never use Lyft again

Lyft driver dropped me at the wrong address, insisted I was at the right place. I got out and checked and I was correct: WRONG PLACE and 10 minutes from my destination (which was only a 10-minute trip to begin with!) When I tapped on the window and told her it was wrong and could I get back in she said NO! Sat at the light and refused to look at me and drove off. To make matters worse, Lyft offers ZERO customer support, no chat, no phone, nothing! They have a “no refunds” policy, with no exceptions. You can clearly see that where she dropped me and where I was going are different - and they still charged me full fare. When I tried to delete my account the fine print says it takes 45 days to delete, and that even then, it might never be able to be deleted. I have no idea how they get away with this. If anyone launches a class action suit, I’M IN!
