I received a gift card from a friend for Lyft. I spent an hour with support trying to get it into my account. I am a new customer and haven’t even stepped into their cars yet and I never will. As nice as they are they are unbelievably inefficient. I finally gave up. Let them have the damn money. Lesson learned. Never but gift cards from them. I should have looked at how low their ratings are anyway.
