when I booked my ride it never said anything about charging me over $50 the destination was only 4 miles away and I was charged $50 this is completely unacceptable I addressed these issues appropriately with the agent however I was told multiple times that they would not be able to assist me in fixing this issue the agent was not helpful and extremely unsatisfactory Lyft creates false advertisement and this is completely unacceptable I even asked the agent to transfer me to a different employee so they could assist me with a different question not only did this agent refuse to assist me he was extremely rude and frustrating to work with... you will be hearing from my lawyer thanks for nothing
