My mom was recently scammed by a Lyft driver. She booked a driver who failed to show up. She then gets a notification saying the ride was completed which shows the driver drove her from her pick up location around the block. She then gets charged $560!! Lyft responds back with the same generic “These charges are non negotiable non refundable” message. It is impossible to get in contact with a human to try and resolve the issue. Lyft has left us in a nightmare.
