Terrible Customer Service

I left my house and car keys in a Lyft a month ago and, although the driver confirmed that he has them, they have not been returned yet. Lyft customer service is a joke, there is no human to speak with, just emails to which they only respond periodically. The app is not working so I can't connect with the driver. I was instructed by Lyft to provide my phone number for the driver and complete a police report, all of which I have done and still, nothing. As soon as I get this issue resolved, it will be a cold day in LA before I ever catch Lyft again.
