I don’t think it’s fair Lyft will allow a driver to cancel the ride once they are at least 3 minutes away or if they do we should get some form of our money back why would you wait til you are close to your rider to choose to cancel when you had opportunity to cancel it soon as it hit your phone. Having to wait even longer for a new driver because the one assigned canceled once 3 minutes away is an inconvenience at the expense of the person paying for the ride. Unless it’s an emergency or you got in an accident along the way yet his should not be happening and yall wonder why people don’t like tipping
