Unsafe, uncaring, unreliable employees

If zero was a rating that’s what I would’ve given it. I took a ride with Lyft April 29,2024 and the driver wasn’t the photo of who is allowed to drive for Lyft. I reported it to Lyft immediately and they advised me that my next ride was going to be a no charge, so I took my ride this past Monday and they charged me, I have been repeatedly emailing Carlos who assured me that my next ride was going to be credited. He is now ignored several emails of getting my credit on my most previous ride not only was I unsafe in a vehicle driven by somebody who wasn’t allowed with secondly, Lyft has no way of contacting anyone other than through email and when they choose to ignore you and not respond, do you have no other avenue to resolve it? Uber it is going forward.
