I left a item in my lyft drivers car. Tried to contact the driver 5 days in a row and get customer support to contact driver. I never heard back from driver and "customer support" chat app told me it's no way for them to contact driver...all they can do is send him messages through the app and they don't know if he reads them or not. I was limited to 4 calls to driver via the app to try to communicate with the driver. Two times I went through to the driver's voicemail which wasn't setup. Two times my called didn't go through because "the driver was actively driving" for lyft. Lyft support could tell the driver was driving but said they couldn't call the driver for me. Only send messages, and they had no way to tell if the driver saw the messages. Long story short I never heard back from the driver rather he found my item or not.
