HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely no shred of customer service. Arrived in Las Vegas for business exhausted accidentally left my phone in the car. No way to contact the driver, no response from multiple lost item filings. There is no actual customer service available to contact. Only an "emergency" number listed under service dog safety complaint. What? We as a company will never use them again. HORRIFIC, do not use. Walk if you have to.
