When asking for a supervisor and to have my chat escalated with an ongoing attempt to receive reimbursement on an issue I had with a previous ride the customer service rep was so rude and dismissive and unhelpful. Passed themselves off to be a supervisor. I called them out for lying. And when I asked repeatedly for any information on identifying themselves or even the fake supervisor they pretended to be I was threatened with account deactivation. I kept asking to be transferred or receive a supervisor and upon the sixth ask my account was deleted. I have been a rider for over a year never asked for a refund or support supervisor. First experience with chat and this coupled with my request of refund for the original issue I was speaking with them for I will never use this service again
