Ok, I am done with Lyft. I got double charged. The driver said just call Lyft and ask for your money back. Well, any of you out there ever try to call Lyft?!? Guess what, you can't. Trying to send them a message or email is extremely difficult, I suspsect by design. I spend hours googling how to contact Lyft. Got nothing that acrually worked. I ended contacting my bank to dispute the extra charges. Not risking Lyft again.
