A driver stole my designer item

A driver stole my designer item and Lyft reached out to them for it and he never responded to them. They let him keep driving while never responding about the lost item and said that was all they could do—while still employing and making money off the person who would not contact them.Extremely sketchy business—avoid them at all costs.
