It's a pity that certain drivers will rip you off and the company will do nothing about it. My last driver rode off with my laptop after he dropped us at the airport. It was in the trunk when he unloaded the bags so he would have seen it. But he gets a return fee for bringing in back ($20). And so lucky he came back before we had to board. 45 minutes of unneeded stress. My son coughed and left three small spots on the seat - which I wiped before getting out. A proper clean would take 30 seconds with a damp cloth. Yet, because it's regarded as 'biowaste', I was slugged $40 cleaning fee. So a $20 ride ended up $80. Wasted 2 hours going around in circles with their non-support staff. What a scam and waste of my time. Deleted my account and never using them again.
