Lyft has switched to in-app only contact. They no longer have a telephone number and the website states that the app must be used. The app is not functioning. In the sign-in process it recognizes my phone number, sends a text with an access code, but the code is not accepted. Without access to my account, I cannot even send a service request. I was stranded yesterday and had to use Uber instead. Unless Lyft can sort this out, they have lost me.
