There should be a 0 star review for apps like Lyft. So unorganized, both the employers/employees and their drivers are dimwit. Have been using these derogatory app for 10 years now, it just kept getting worse. Drivers will refuse to come to pick up spot and claim they are there. The app will tell you your driver is here, whereas he is 13 mins away, they will switch drivers at the last minute when you thought the driver is out there and you can make your trip. The latest of their Foolishness is when they charge you despite the driver is so aggressive or is not even picking you up and they wouldn't even refund. I will keep letting g people know to avoid this company called Lyft. They are day light robbers!
