Don’t order from Lowe’s unless you want to wait the max number of days for something to ship to you, want to be left waiting and wondering, can’t get in touch with an person to talk to on the phone and are ok with being lied to. I ordered 2 items last Thursday. Date of delivery was Monday. Items never arrived. When I tracked the order on Monday, Tues and Wed it said anll days “item arriving today”. When I tried to call I was put on hold for 20 mins and never was able to speak to a human being about my order. I have never received any email updating me on my order being late. . Now the tracking site is telling me the “item will arrive tomorrow”, Thursday. I’m betting it won’t based off my experience so far. I could understand that it would take 7 days to ship something large…but it’s a can of paint and sealant, like common Lowes! Plus, telling me “it will arrive today” 3 days in a row, which was a lie, is unacceptable. I will never order from Lowe’s again UNLESS they make things right by compensating me at least some of the cost for the inconvenience this has caused me. This is how you lose loyal customers to Home Depot.
