Lowe’s Fan Install: Endless Reschedules, No Service

I bought a ceiling fan light from Lowes.com. The price was great, and I also paid for installation. The installation was set up through Angi. My appointment was rescheduled 3 different times. I had rearranged my schedule 3 different days for the appointment, only for them to stand me up every single time. They would text me about an hour beforehand and say “something unexpected” came up. After the 3rd time, Angi just canceled the whole job and said I would get a refund. So I wasted a couple of weeks and had to hire an electrician to hang my fan. Fortunately, he kept his very first appointment. I do not recommend ever paying Lowe’s/Angi for any installation if they can’t keep their appointments. Time is money! At least the fan was on sale.
