Rio Grande, NJ store may sell you used when you buy new

I bought a new range in 2023 and the Lowe's in Rio Grande, NJ delivered a damaged stove with the serial number removed and a dangerously-explosive internal gas leak that someone else probably returned. The store manager was totally ineffective and hides when there is a problem. Had to rebuy 11 months later when leak was discovered.
