I ordered a window from Lowe's and they had one of their contractors install it... Never again. It took 9 months to get the correct window. They ordered it 4 times. They ordered the wrong one from the get go, lost it in their warehouse once, and damaged one in shipping. At least one of those times, they straight up forgot to place the order. All I got in response was a sorry for the inconvenience. I just consulted with two other companies who told me that the install was done so poorly that I should just rip out the window and start over, which is clearly true because I'm getting water damage every time it rains. This was installed less than a year ago. Never again. I have a ton of projects I need done, but I won't be going to Lowe's and neither should you. At least not this one, but probably not any of them if these standards are acceptable.
