Going through house remodeling can be hectic but walking into an employee like Michael in flooring and tiles at Lowe’s made my day. He took dedicated time to find what I needed until I checked out. He is patient, kind, reliable as to when he says ‘I’ll be back’ he actually comes back. He is honest best of all. Thank you Mike. On the contrary, this guy called Abner was rude, disrespectful and had zero customer service. Not sure why he works there. I asked for help and he asked me to help him find my item. This was ridiculous such that I left. Otherwise Lowe’s on Havana is a great spot to shop folks. Thanks
