I went to one of your store (2900 West Chandler Boulevard, Chandler, AZ 85224) to find out how much my project will cost me .So I went to “pro Service" desk , I was so disappointed how “Lowe’s” put profit over Customer service .1st took the measurement to store to see if Lowe's folks can run it thru the system and give me estimate of how much will cost me to purchase the windows.2nd how much will cost me to install them . I was told over and over they need to set up an appointment to send someone to my house to give estimate. felt so bad and disappointed that I cannot get straight answer. I would not never ever go to “Lowe’s” for any service.
