I could go into long story. But basically ordered flooring and they kept pushing back delivery date. Finally went to store where flooring manager in the west Albuquerque area told me she really did not care about my order. And would not care if I canceled. So I canceled. Will go else where. Just done with Lowes after years of same treatment. Plenty of others out there. I would go elsewhere that they appreciate your business.
