LOWES NEEDS TO GET WITH IT!!!

Tired completing an online order. Lowes website would not accept my password, so I reset my password. I put all the tings I wanted in my and attempted to complete the order, and their website "flushed" all my items I took time to place in the cart and had to take time putting all of these items back into my cart. Same thing happened! Customer service told me my account will be locked for 24 hours! I just completed 2 online orders with HOME DEPOT in the last month or so, and not one problem like I experiencing with LOWES! LOWES NEEDS TO GET WITH IT!!!
