I have had to download the software to configure my Logitech M570 wireless mouse too many times (3-4) still to find that Logitech has "No device located" in my computer, yet my mouse works. Then going into my Mac's mouse options it does not give me the addition buttons option; making the whole purpose of this mouse obsolete. Then try to get tech support is a JOKE!
