Made keyboard order on May 2nd and still not posted. Anytime I ask for tracking number, they respond with generic email saying they will share tracking number when posted. Then I asked for refund, no response no cancellation. Rubbish company rubbish business. They are selling products online that do not exist in their inventory, and this way, sort of, they are seizing customers' money without their consent. Nice short-term loan with zero interest rate, how about that? This is illegal, unprofessional and unethical.
