Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. They won’t reply my ticket after a week or 2. Their products are expensive but won’t last for a year. They keep asking for same information again and again Until I get mad then they decided to solve the problem. They tell me to sent back the mouse then won’t reply for 10 days. They expect me to work with magic?
