Bad experience with customer service

I have a Logitech G915 TKL keyboard. Which is a £200 keyboard. It has developed a double pressing of keys at random and it’s intermittent so, as I explained to support, I cannot simply recreate it on demand. I opened a case and was told to record a video of the issue, this is ridiculous. This is a £200 item, how about maybe you trust your customers that they are not lying? I don’t want an extra keyboard I just want a functioning keyboard considering the price I paid. Having an extra keyboard is of no use, why would I waste my time opening a case when I don’t have an issue. I want a replacement for my keyboard, a like for like replacement. If my keyboard is fully functional then what benefit do i have in opening a case. Asking me to record a video is ridiculous. This double tapping keys issue is easily found through googling. So it’s obviously an issue. Trust your customers, especially on a £200 keyboard. Not good customer service. Awful in fact. Now I feel stuck with a £200 paperweight. Thanks Logitech!
